Mandatory informations

The voluntary association of municipalities of the Slezská Harta Microregion (hereinafter referred to as the “association”) is established pursuant to the provisions of Section 49 et seq. of Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on municipalities (municipal organization), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Act on Municipalities”).

Aim and purpose of the association

The association was founded for the purpose of protecting and promoting the common interests of member municipalities in the vicinity of the Slezská Harta reservoir and implements common goals based on the priorities set by this association, which are primarily care for the comprehensive development of the area of ​​interest, care for the needs of citizens of member municipalities, and protection of the public interest.

The main activity of the association is focused mainly on the performance of activities aimed at the systematic and effective development of the area of ​​interest, the protection and promotion of the common interests of member municipalities and their cooperation in developing activities related to

Bodies of the association

The bodies of the union are the membership meeting, the chairman, two vice-chairmen, and the audit committee.

The chairman or his/her authorized representative represents the association of municipalities externally.

Audit Committee

Electronic document formats

In the event of the delivery of an electronic or analog document in which so-called malicious code has been detected and the sender’s contact details or email address can be identified, the Slezská Harta Microregion will notify the sender of the detected defect in the document and determine the next procedure for its removal. If the Slezská Harta Microregion, in cooperation with the sender, fails to remove the defect in the document or the sender cannot be identified, the document will not be processed.
